Financial and operational policies of shining stars transportation

This is an agreement between Shining stars Transportation, and the passenger(s) or legal guardian passenger(s). Under this agreement you agree to pay shining stars transportation to transport you or your children to and from school, camps, daycares, stores, church, family picnic, church Program, or recreational facilities in accordance with the terms provided in this agreement.

Fees are due and payable at the beginning of each week for the recurring passenger. It is important to contact us if you run into a problem with your payment to avoid $ 50 late fees. For the non-recurring passenger, fees are due at the tripe clock time. 

To terminate the services of a recuring passenger, we kindly request a 30-day written notice. In the event of a termination without prior notice, a $150 termination fee will be charged. This policy ensures a fair and transparent process while allowing us to continue providing excellent service to our valued customers.

RULES OF SAFETY ON THE VANS.  Seat belts MUST always be worn. NO STANDING is allowed on the bus when in operation.  For the passenger’s safety, the driver MUST be obeyed during pick up, transport, and delivery. 

EXPECTATION OF RIDERS:  Respectful and courteous towards the driver and other passengers. Headsets are required for people using their phone in the car. We reserve the right to terminate rides for disruptive people refusing to wear a seatbelt.  

ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND OTHER PERSONAL EFFECTS: We are not responsible for lost or stolen devices or other personal effects left in the vehicle.  Please notify us immediately if you left an item in the vehicle and we will use our best efforts to find and return the item the following day. Phones are permitted but headsets are required. Video is NOT permitted.
